Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Money Orders (no American Express). *All prices are in US dollars.

 

- If you experience a problem trying to check out with our cart please contact us at orders@rhodaparrots.com and we will help you as best we can.

- If you choose money order in the shopping cart we will receive your order. It will be shipped as soon as we receive your money order. Send your payment, and make it payable, to: Rhoda's Parrots, PO BOX 92, Dorothy, NJ 08317.

 

Shipping

We use either the USPS or UPS depending on the item being shipped. If the item is of higher value we use UPS and provide a tracking number. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received but delivery time depends on your location.

 

There are no handling fee assoiated with our shipping charges.

 

While we do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum, final cost will depend on the size and weight of the item(s) being shipped. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. Email us to see how much, orders@rhodasparrots.com.

 

Returns

For the safety of your parrot we do not offer returns on food or toys. Products, other than those previously mentioned, can be returned for a full refund (minus s/h) if in original packaging. If not in resale condition, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

 

Store credits are offered instead of a money-back refund.

 

If for some reason a shipment is received damaged, please contact the UPS, 1-800-PICK-UPS, or your local post office immediately, then let us know of the situation.

 

We will arrange for a credit or replacement of the item. *Always keep the original packaging and item that you received for inspection if necessary.

 

Typically, we ask that you return the item within 10-15 days for us to credit your account or issue a replacement.
